Scott Robert (Scotty) Burke Passed away Sat., Sept. 17, 2005.  A 1964 graduate of Fairborn, High School. Employed at Monarch Marking for 22 years. Survived by his beloved wife of 31 1/2 years Cindy. Preceded in death by his beloved Mother, Edna Burke & paternal & maternal grandparents. Also survived by Father Robert Burke, Sr., Sister Evelyn (James) Silcott, Brother Robert Burke, Jr. (Kathy) (all of Fairborn), Brother Steve (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), Aunts & Uncles, Yvonne (Bonnie) & David Holloway, Frank & Marianne Marlor, Beth Marlor & Joe Sixx, Dorothy Copeland & Frank Copeland, many nieces, nephews & cousins. Scotty never met a stranger and had many friends. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 24, 3:30 p.m. at Byron Cemetery, 3256 Trebein Rd., Fairborn, OH, Rev. Bev Jenkins officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Scott's name to Bellbrook Rehab Center or United Church Homes (Trinity Community). Cindy would like to thank the staff and caregivers of Bellbrook Rehab who have become like family and been so kind to both of them. Scotty loved Ohio State football, the colors of the fall leaves but most of all, his loving and beloved wife Cindy. He was truly the wind beneath her wings.
