It's with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of our mother, Judi Green, on the 5th of May 2020. Due to the current events with social distancing she hesitated to reach out to her many wonderful friends and family about her short struggle with ovarian cancer.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all that have supported mom and family during her struggle. Words cannot express the loving care she received from the staff at Hospice of Dayton. Coincidentally, this was where mom and members of "Blankets of Love" volunteered countless hours creating over 20,000 handmade blankets for their residents.
It was mom's wish that her final resting spot be next to her parents at Glen Haven Memorial in New Carlisle. It will be here that her immediate family members will celebrate her life. We would be honored at that time to share any final thoughts and stories that anyone would be willing to post on her Facebook page.
Because she didn't want a public service, we ask that in lieu of flowers that donations in her name be directed to Hospice of Dayton, The Blankets of Love, or to the Mi-Ki dog Judi Greenrescue.
