RE: ELIZABETH ANNE MILLER ROSE, FHS FLYERS CLASS of 1964
Elizabeth Anne "Betty Anne" "Momma Rose" Miller Rose, 73, of Fairborn, OH, passed away peacefully Friday, March 30, 2018, at home. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 15 years, Danny Wayne Rose (FHS-66) in 2007; her longtime partner, Butch Smart in 2017; and son-in-law, Joe Collings.
Betty Anne leaves to cherish her memory three daughters and one son-in-law, Annrenay and Duane Risner; Dessaray Rose; and Becky Collings; grandchildren, John Scott (Amy) Risner; Joshua Risner; Sean Curtis Risner; and Kayla Anne Risner; great-grandsons; Ryan and Jack Risner. Also surviving are two sisters and one brother-in-law, Jane and Donald Runzo; and Kathleen Joy Miller; nephews; Tom (Jen) Nonnenmacher; and Alberto (Sheila) Almeida; nieces, Janie Noble and her partner Kelly Green; and Kary Miller; several great nieces, nephews, and extended family; special friends, Eva Johnson, Pam Bradbury, Lori Orenich, and her friends at the Fairborn YMCA; and her beloved dog, Fefe.
A 1964 graduate of Fairborn High School, Betty Anne had worked at Pit Stick Farms, Burns Security, Kelly Services, and Wal-Mart. She enjoyed swimming, going to the YMCA, hiking, fishing, gardening, riding her bicycle, and the great outdoors.
